3. Cuffs

15 degrees Celsius to 21 degrees Celsius: five millimeters (lakes, North Sea)

ten degrees Celsius to 20 degrees Celsius: six to seven millimeters (Baltic Sea, Atlantic)

7. Processing

Very cheap neoprene trains often break quite quickly. In many cases, the seams dissolve or the material ages due to contact with moisture and salt water. To prevent this and to enjoy a wetsuit for diving for as long as possible, you should invest a little more money and not save in the wrong place.

This is especially true in case you go diving regularly and often. How to store the dry suit also plays a decisive role. Nevertheless, from time to time some no-name products are quite promising. So it doesn’t always have to be an expensive brand.

When buying, pay attention in any case to the processing of the seams and the value of the materials. So you can avoid a bad purchase and you have something of your wetsuit for diving longer.

8. Fit

Only if a wetsuit for divers fits perfectly, it can protect the wearer from the cold in the best possible way and keep him warm. Therefore, it should neither sit too tightly nor be too wide. Basically, most wetsuits for divers have a very tight fit, but they must not scrub or press.

That would be a sign that they are simply too small. In such a case, a half or a whole number will be dialed larger.
