Eminem’s daughter Hailie Mathers may be starting a clothing and beauty line
Hailie Mathers, Eminem’s 26-year-old daughter, has announced she’s launching her own podcast — and clothing seems to be in the works, too.
Hailie Mathers is about to step into the fashion industry. Eminems daughter
Eminem’s daughter, 26, announced on Instagram that she is hosting a podcast — appropriately called “Just a Little Shady” — and as first reported by The Sun, she’s filed a trademark application to sell clothing and “non-medicated skincare preparations” in conjunction with her new entertainment brand, Hailie Jade, LLC.
According to documents obtained by Page Six Style, Mathers also filed an application in June to trademark her podcast name and to sell “hats, shirts and clothing jackets” with the brand.
As a brand ambassador for Garnier USA and Puma, the “Lose Yourself” singer’s daughter is already well-versed in the fashion and beauty world.
Mathers, who is a graduate of Michigan State University, will open up about her life and the entertainment world on her new podcast.
“Just a little shady podcast is about to drop!” she posted on Instagram Tuesday. “This project has been in the works for a while & i’m so excited for the first episode to be launching!!” Eminems daughter
The “Hailie’s Song” muse also tagged the podcast’s Instagram handle, @justalittleshadypodcast, with its bio proclaiming, “let’s talk about my life, pop culture & get a little shady.”
The influencer already has a huge following on social media, with 2.7 million Instagram followers and close to a million on TikTok — and fans were thrilled to hear the news.
“The name is ICONIC!” commented one follower, while another added, “An Epsiode with Em would break the internet.”
Her famous father also made a foray into the clothing world in the early 2000s with his now-defunct Shady Ltd. brand, and since then has launched T-shirts with Chrysler and Title Boxing.
The podcast announcement comes as a bit of a surprise for the normally private celebrity daughter.
Despite having an impressive online following, Mathers generally keeps to herself when it comes to sharing details about her personal life — although she shared a rare PDA photo with her boyfriend, Evan McClintock, earlier this year.
As for her rapper dad, Mathers supported Eminem when he performed at this year’s Superbowl, sharing her excitement about the halftime show in an Instagram snap.
But will the real Slim Shady make an appearance on little shady’s pod? We’ll have to wait and see.
