Malaysian Pm Mahathir gifts a CarImran Khan an R.S 2.3m car

Priminister Imran Khan has been gifted a Proton car by Malaysian counterpart, Mahathir Muhammad. The X-70 Proton will be handed over to Imran Khan in a ceremony. The car will be received by Financial Advisor on trade, Razzak Dawood.

The Malaysian Priminister had announced the gift for PM Imran Khan during his visit to Pakistan earlier in Agust. Mahathir Muhammad had also announced to set up an assembly plant of the vehicle manufacturer in Pakistan.

Mahathir Muhammad was appointed priminister of Malaysia in 1981, retired in 2003, and returned to be office in 2018.

Earlier, Foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi called on Malaysian Priminister Mahathir Bin Muhammad in Kuala Lumpur.

Matters of mutual interest, bilateral relations, challenges being faced by the Muslim Ummah and other issues came under discussion in the meeting. Speaking on the occasion, FM Qurashi said that Pakistan and Malaysia enjoyed the brotherly relationship and stood by each other in a difficult time.

Yesterday, PM Imran Khan visited Roza-e-Rasool(SAW) in Madina Munawwara during his one-day trip to the holy city.

According to the details. PM Imran Khan is on an official visit to Saudia Arabia and he started his engagements after offering Nawafil in the holy mosque of Madina Munawwara. Earlier on his arrival, the premier was received by Deputy Governor of Madina and Consul General of Pakistan in Jeddah Khalid Majeed.

On his visit to the holy site, officals of Saudia protocol and officers of Pakistan Consulate were also present. Foreign Secretary Sohail Mahmood is also part of PM entourage. PM Imran Khan also met Saudia King Salman bin Abdul Aziz and crown prince Mohammad Bin Salman.

During the meeting, PM Imran Khan discussed issues related to mutual interest between both brotherly countries.
